The thin metal sheets Trimo Trebnje is using for their production are supplied in form of coils up to 1.500 mm in diameter and up to 10 t of weight. Gorenje Indop has designed a high-bay warehouse for 1.160 coils. Iskra Impuls has engineered the storage retrieval machine 12 m heigh which operates in the two aisles of this warehouse. In addition, a unique transport car has been developed, consisting of 3 parts, which enables for moving the coils between the warehouse and transport lines. As the same space is also used for supply trucks, we have installed the inductive power supply for the car.
